I had a great head massage at Relax and Bloom!! Stephanie put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable throughout and the head massage was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! I would definitely recommend and would come back myself for further treatments :)

Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!

10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

Amazing PT, I've had really bad tennis elbow for weeks of my own doing. Chris has taken so much time to rehab my arm inc massage and pinning as well as exercises. My elbow is now so much better, im back to being able to boxing albeit slowly. My rehab continues but im pain free... cannot recommend or thank Chris enough

Fantastic sports massage with Chris. Ive tennis elbow and Chris has worked right into it as well as my calves and hamstrings. Everything feels so much better. Chris has magic healing hands! Cannot recommend enough, ill be booking monthly maintenance to keep everything that way!

The back massage and facial were absolutely unbelievable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extra touch of a head massage thrown in it was just beautiful.
