I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. Marie has such a lovely, gentle presence and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🤍

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!

The most relaxing dream ever. A calming and very comfortable experience with Leanna. The Japanese head spa and neck message was magical and I left feeling less tense and revitalised. Already booked again a 100% have to try experience

Fantastic facial, really relaxing. The steam was amazing and my skin is looking really great! Marie was lovey and professional, I couldn’t fault it! Definitely going to go back for another treatment!

Jasmine’s full body massage was amazing 🤩 fantastic value for money at £45.00 Monday Massage is a firm favourite I will definitely return to be pampered the next time we have a pit stop in Norwich.

The head spa experience was amazing! It was so relaxing and my hair feels so lovely and soft! Cam was the loveliest, super sweet! She recommended different routines to try with my curly hair, and diffused my hair after the treatment! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Had my first visit today at the St Giles Spa and it was a very relaxing environment. I booked in for a pedicure with Jasmine who was very friendly and has done a excellent job. Definitely visiting again! Thank you

We had an hour joint Japanese head spa yesterday and wow, an hour was not enough! Cam and Marie instantly put us at ease. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be returning for more relaxing treatment. My hair feels amazing today!

The 2 hour Japanese head spa is an absolutely amazing relaxing treatment. Me + my sister in law thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 ladies were very friendly & made us feel comfortable instantly. Highly recommend Regen Clinic Norwich & will return hopefully soon. Thanks again.
