Been wanting to start regular microneedling for a while, this was a really relaxing experience overall with time to enjoy a facemask at the end, will be making sure I get it done every month, can already see and feel a difference and skin is glowing! Thanks Andrew!

I had today a personalised deep cleansing treatment with Filipa (+ Gua Sha) and it was incredibly relaxing. My watch even recorded that I fell asleep for over an hour 😄 My skin felt fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. Highly recommend!

The facials themselves were absolutely amazing—pure bliss from start to finish. The therapists were professional, intuitive, and tailored everything perfectly to what our skin needed. I cannot recommend St Giles Spa enough.

Fiona fitted me in last minute on the bank holiday which was very appreciated. Amazing massage! She was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced which was great as she could effectively target the areas that I've had long term aches and stiffness in. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The massage was very sensual and calming, and I enjoyed every moment. My back felt released, my muscles were fully relaxed, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I will definitely be returning again.

Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

I have had three sessions with Fiona, allways leave with more mobility, Fiona is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, the sessions are allways relaxed apart from when a tight knot is found, Valkyrie was recommended to me and I recommend them to you👍
