WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

Antoo saved my body again. After the first 10 minutes of warm-up, I already felt like falling asleep — my parasympathetic nervous system was deeply relaxed. Her pressure and trigger point work are extremely precise, and her techniques feel very experienced. The pain comes, but it is immediately soothed. The points she worked on at the beginning were treated again at the end, and surprisingly, they were no longer painful at all. Antoo is truly amazing and someone worth learning from. I highly recommend her!

The environment at Solace is really lovely - welcoming, clean and aesthetic. The sauna was nice and hot. I liked that it was one where you can create a little steam too. I also loved the magnesium spa. I used some of the provided products and the shampoo/conditioner has left my hair feeling gorgeous 🥰.

Thank you for the warm welcome and detailed explanation! We really enjoyed the sauna and ice bath yesterday. It was my first time trying an ice bath, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. At first, we thought we came to the wrong place because there wasn't a sign outside but we found it eventually. A small sign for visitors would probably help. Such a lovely place to relax, especially at sunset!

Awesome space, quality playlist! Lou showed me the ropes as a first timer and now I’m hooked and will definitely be back. The sauna and ice bath were top quality and the space is well thought out and relaxing.

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

We booked a girls weekend retreat for my birthday and treated ourselves to a mini retreat package, which included access to the Bath House, a massage & facial. We all loved the bath house experience, with Sauna, Dopamine shower , Ice bath & Magnesium spa. And to finish off a relaxing morning, was a great massage & facial experience. Highly recommend 🩷

Absolutely amazing experience! Loved the bathhouse and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves! So relaxing, only thing I’d recommend is some water in there as some people don’t like coconut water and we were dying of thirst after the sauna haha! Massage was beautiful, such kind staff and I love the heated massage beds. Will definitely be back :)

Wonderful couple of hours from the minute we walked in! Facilities in the bath house were great, such a relaxing space. Our massages were fantastic, the room was clean & peaceful. Our therapists were kind and welcoming. We left feeling pampered and relaxed, definitely recommend.

I had my first oce bath and sauna experience and it was amazing. Well guided by chelle the entire session, calm and relaxing. I also did the spinal energetics for the first time. It was a relaxing experience that was well guided. Chelle was so lovely and went through the steps to ensure we got the best out of session. Highly recommended
