Nails are professionally done. Ting is very patient and meticulous, every steps are detailed and carefully done. She will check if I’m feeling ok if she knows that certain process may cause some discomfort and makes sure I feel comfortable the whole session. Love the end results of my nails! Overall it is a pleasant experience and will definitely come back again.

Really love how my nails turned out! Lan did a great job in every aspect of the manicure experience - she really paid attention to cuticle care and shaped every nail meticulously. I especially love the nail art she did, based on a photo I found for inspiration. Her design look gorgeous and even better than the original photo. Highly recommend and will definitely return for my next manicure!

Ting is very professional and always makes sure my comfort comes first throughout the session. Her work is very detailed and meticulous, and she patiently explained the colour options and pricing, which I found very reasonable too. The whole experience was relaxing and pleasant. first time doing my nails here and i got what i actually wanted compared to the last time i did my nails at nail palace. the price was so expensive for a simple design while this is so so much cheaper and affordable! will definitely come back again❤️

Had a lovely session with Cindy today who was very accommodating, patient and also took the time to explain the process very thoroughly so I knew what to expect. :)

Hope that they are able to set up a proper seating for pedicure and perhaps soaking the feet with water first to soften the cuticles before cutting them
