Her attention to detail is unreal and she always knows exactly what I’m after, even when I don’t! Every appointment feels like a treat, and I leave feeling obsessed with my nails every time. Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. Gemma is so knowledgable and skilled - I had a manicure and pedicure and my hands and feet have not looked so good in a very long time. She uses the best quality products and processes to support good nail health. Highly recommended.

The best nail tech you could ever ask for, Meg is always up for the challenge of any ideas I bring along, executing designs fantastically, her nail art skills are second to none. The nails she does are super sturdy and I never have to worry about lifting either. Plus she's a wonderful person to be around, I always look forward to our appointments!

Wonderful as always. I had the last appointment of the day and genuinely can’t remember the last time I laughed that much… I think I went in for nails and accidentally booked a therapy session with a live comedy show. Of course, my nails are stunning, they always are, but it’s never just a nail appointment. It’s equal parts glam, therapy, and stand-up. I always leave feeling like a valued customer and a slightly better human, with fabulous nails as the bonus.

Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft and they're very polite - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.

Thankyou so much for my facial today, it was just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks. Sophie's technique is really lovely and her attention to detail is second to none. I feel at home in Mirror Mirror, the staff are really great they make you feel at ease and have lovely conversation. I would recommend to friends and family to go there. It's different from other places in Shrewsbury because of the atmosphere and the treatments are unpretentious and affordable. It's also very clean and has a great choice of treatment available. The owner Viv is so lovely, genuine and so helpful!

Once you enter the looking glass you're a with friendly, welcoming. They'll ask you if you want prosecco whilst you enjoy your pedicure. They'll talk to you like a bestie during your long appointment. They'll bring your Pinterest nail inspo to life in a way that's much better than the actual inspo itself. The vibes are immaculate, the people are beautiful humans and the services are immaculate! The salon was recommended to me by a friend and now I am the friend that recommends this place to everyone, just go. You'll never go anywhere else again! ❤️
