Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. First visit to Lucy and what a lovely massage! I had pain in the top of my back but after the BNS massage my shoulders and neck felt a lot more flexible and the pain had more or less gone. Just the right amount of pressure and in a calm warm environment. Already booked my next massage :)

So I contacted Lucy as my face , and neck felt tight. She responded quickly and we talked through treatment options - I went for and Indian Head massage. Lucy greeted me , made me feel at ease. She talked through the process she does. Lying down which meant I could totally relax she made sure my back felt supported with support under my knees. The environment was relaxing, warm, and I felt totally at ease. The treatment involved face neck head and shoulders. The room lighting was reduced, music in the background . The aroma from the oils were relaxing too. Great after care too.

It was lovely to meet Lucy today. She listened carefully to how I wanted my massage and it was just perfect. So relaxing. She worked out any knots and tension with soft but firm hands. I look forward to sleeping well tonight!

I cannot rate Rob highly enough. I’ve been having sports massages with him for a few years now. Every time I come away with my aches and pains gone. The time is spent hands on. Not spending half the time talking about the problem and Rob will not try and sell repeat appointments if they are not needed. A great service every time. No need to wait for a problem to crop up. Have a massage to prevent them happening in the first place.
