All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Fantastic experience. All the women are very kind and professional. The place is very clean and all instruments are sterile. Anna has a diploma in 'foot healthcare practitioner' and has a wealth of experience. She helped ease my anxiety (caused by poor practice at a different place) with nail care and performed an excellent medical pedicure, with absolute minimal pain. She painted the nails beautifully and I'm very happy with the result. She was friendly throughout and they offer drinks. I will definitely return whenever I can and thank them all for their support.

Anzhela is doing a great job, my nails look beautiful and I see a big change to my feet after pedicure. She was very kind and welcoming. I received complimentary coffee, cookies and a small present. I recommend this salon to everyone.

I've been coming to Talex Beauty Studio for a while now and I always leave happy! This time I got gel nails with nail art and the results were absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is incredible and you can tell how much passion and skill goes into every set. The vibe of the salon is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like a little sanctuary. I love that I always come back to the same person who knows exactly what I like. Brilliant. Saba Ghanaatgar is an excellent manicurist. I can’t recommend her more highly. Saba takes the time to make sure you have the right type of manicure that suits your hands at the time and I always know she will choose the right colour for me even when my description of what I want is not 100% clear. And of course if you have a particular colour in mind and it’s not available she always seems to magic up something comparable. Extremely personable and makes going to have your nails or feet done very relaxing and enjoyable.

I had a Japanese manicure and pedicure with Nadia and was genuinely impressed. Her work is exceptionally classy and meticulous. I particularly appreciated that she doesn't use drills, making the treatment feel much gentler and more natural. Everything was impeccably clean and hygienic, and the attention to detail was outstanding. A truly professional and relaxing experience — highly recommended.

Visited the retreat for a manicure and pedicure. I had a great experience, very relaxing and the team are really nice. The beautician was very professional and was great with tips as to how to look after my nails. This is the second visit to the salon and I would definitely recommend a visit either for beauty treatments or hair styling. Thank you

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I’ve been booking with Gracey & Co for the last three months and the service is always amazing. My nails turn out gorgeous every time and they last up to four weeks without any issues. I’m always so happy with the results. 💅🏼 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable go-to nail tech in London. The fact that she offers in-house appointments is such a bonus too!

Additionally, their range of nail polishes are the best I’ve come across, the Korean jelly nail polish is a favourite :) 11/10 recommend, never going anywhere else for my nails x

They are amazing. All of them. Because I booked from FRESHA this time I got the name of the manicure from today, MARIA super sweet woman. I was without nail done for 3 months and she did a great job. I had a full body massage and express manicure and pedicure. I loved my massage by Nidia so relaxing and the right pressure used throughout. My nails were nice however I paid extra for a gel finish and a day later the nail varnish has started to peel off. The saloon was modern and staff friendly. I do however feel there could be a better organisation for those with more than one treatment planned as I found communication was a little bit later this was especially noticeable when waiting for my nails to be completed and the beautician had no clue who I was. Outside of that the service was good.

I had a lovely manicure service with Lauren, she listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions to help my nail growth journey and they have a wide range of colours to choose from. A much nicer experience than your typical high street nail shops. Would definitely recommend.
