I went in feeling a bit tightly wound and a bit run down. Michal is a miracle worker!! It was so incredibly relaxing, I could physically feel my body unwind. An amazing re-set and I would highly recommend. I will be returning.

Quite amazing I felt so tense before this first time treatment today and the after results felt amazing ,I could feel the tense fall away and the buccal treatment left my jaw feeling more relaxed The attention to detail is more than I felt with any other facial treatment I can highly recommend a visit and I will be booking again I feel it’s a real investment in my health Thank you 🙏

I had a wonderful myofascial massage with Mona. The session started with a short consultation focused on my skin type but also potential problematic areas. Mona’s attentive approach and ability to target areas of tension made the experience both therapeutic and restorative - what I really appreciated was the wide spectrum of powerful facial techniques she was using. By the end of the session, my face felt lifted and plumped and I couldn’t believe the result I was seeing in the mirror! Highly recommend and thank you for the great session Mona!

It is obvious that Michael is very experienced and cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. I’ve never before received such a precise and focused reflexology treatment. OMG this was my first session with Michal and this was nothing like any Reflexology I’ve had before.! I literally walked away on air and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. I’m currently suffering with plantar fasciitis in one heel and have been in agony with it. Not saying this cured it but definitely made it more comfortable than had been for a long time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you I will be back.

Michal is really great at what he does. He really targets the areas of concern and also explains what you could do at home, to help in between sessions. He makes you feel very comfortable and goes above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
