This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

It was my first time at Mademoiselle’s and I had a great experience! The space is beautiful and super clean. Emma did my pedicure and Kim did my manicure. Both nail techs were friendly and did a great job! I plan on coming back.

If you want a consistent, beautifully done manicure and pedicure, this is the place to go. I’ve been a loyal customer of Mademoiselle for years, and they never disappoint. Over time, I’ve switched between Howie, Vivian, and several other talented nail techs—and every single one of them delivers top-notch service. The quality, attention to detail, and overall experience here keep me coming back time and time again. I truly can’t rave about this place enough!

Mimi provides an amazing dip service! What a friendly gentle and kind tech to work with she gave me the cutest pink mini mouse easter egg inspired nails! Emma gives a fantastic spa pedicure - I wish the girls had Venmo tip scan codes at their stations :) a textile cute printout coaster or decoration perhaps

I loved my experience with Jess! She listened and even gave her input on how my nails would look. Really nice pedicure (tropical bliss felt so good)! My nails are the absolute best, and she was so gentle. Will definitely be back!

Ana was such a wonderful help in fixing my nails after I had really messed them up by biting them and trying to remove a gel manicure myself (oops!). She took great care in shaping them and giving me advice for after care to keep them healthy. All the staff were very kind and welcoming and kept the stations and materials clean with excellent safety and health protocols. Easy booking online and no wait when I got there at all. I will definitely return!

jenny was so kind and did an amazing job with my nails!! my nails are always very short and not great looking because i am a musician, and for the first time ever my nail tech was not judgy about it and took her time to make my nails healthy and feeling good!!

Today I had Jess and Zoey for my manicure and pedicure. They are such an amazing technician that cared about the details a lot. I got Tropical Bliss Pedicure and manicure with paraffin. Not also the services made me feel so relaxing and pampered but the place is so chic that I’m ready to book my next appointment with Mademoiselle.
