I got a facial done today, and I’m not familiar with skincare at all. My skin was extremely dehydrated, but Kayla took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and gave me the confidence and motivation to start taking better care of my skin. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and genuine care. I highly recommend booking with Kayla if you're new to skincare or looking for someone who truly wants to help you achieve healthier skin!

My hair looks absolutely beautiful and blends perfectly — you can tell so much care and attention went into the placement, colour match, and overall finish. I left feeling so confident and happy with the results. The quality of the extensions and the service were both incredible.
