My experience was awesome. Annie did amazing, and very professional job. Best manicure I’ve ever had. Service was really sweet and atmosphere welcoming. If I ever come back to Ottawa, this will be the place i get my nails done.

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. Keep shining Alex!

Excellent service. I took my daughter for a facial — she’s very sensitive — and she absolutely loved it. Lady was incredibly empathetic and kind with her. Truly recommended.

This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. We got the Japanese scalp treatment, and it was amazing — so soothing and refreshing. I’d definitely recommend Dilaani Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in Ottawa!

Alessandra is a true expert - the queen of extensions and hair colour! I searched for years to find a hairstylist I could truly trust, and I’m so glad I found her. She’s knowledgeable, incredibly talented, friendly, and honest. She always takes the time to listen, and I leave her salon feeling my best every single time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Annie did an amazing job with the hand paint on design on my nails. Margaret was very warm and friendly in the checkout process. Definitely coming back here, thanks again team!

I had such an amazing experience at my hair extension appointment! From start to finish, everything felt professional, comfortable, and so well done. My hair looks absolutely beautiful and blends perfectly — you can tell so much care and attention went into the placement, colour match, and overall finish. I left feeling so confident and happy with the results. The quality of the extensions and the service were both incredible. I would definitely recommend booking here if you’re looking for gorgeous, natural-looking extensions and someone who truly knows what they’re doing!

The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

This has become my go-to place since moving to Ottawa! The space is gorgeous and they do a fantastic job. I always go for the shellac manicure. Suzanne is an incredible nail artist who does amazing work, and all of the staff are so nice. I would highly recommend High Definition Nails an Spa!

Absolutely loved the customized facial today! My skin feels sooo amazing, smooth and soft. She was so helpful at treating my skin and very knowledgeable, caring, and inquisitive!! Finally found the perfect place for facials in Ottawa. Will go back again. Thank you ❤️
