This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

Absolutely loved the customized facial today! My skin feels sooo amazing, smooth and soft. She was so helpful at treating my skin and very knowledgeable, caring, and inquisitive!! Finally found the perfect place for facials in Ottawa. Will go back again. Thank you ❤️

This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. We got the Japanese scalp treatment, and it was amazing — so soothing and refreshing. I’d definitely recommend Dilaani Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in Ottawa!

The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

The service I received was absolutely incredible. The esthetician provided a very customized facial for my sensitive skin and the head/neck spa treatment was incredible. The staff are very attentive. It was a wonderful day.

Highly recommended! Unzila was so professional and friendly that made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step and tailored the treatment to my needs. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I could see an immediate improvement in my skin’s texture and glow. I also appreciated the follow-up advice on skincare routines. I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

I had an amazing experience! The esthetician was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skin concerns. The treatment was relaxing from start to finish, and I noticed an immediate glow and softness in my skin. The space was cozy, calm, and spotless. I walked out glowing. Definitely coming back again!

Scalp treatment is exquisite. I highly recommend. You will feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. My hair was also super shiny after this treatment. Beautiful location and staff too.
