Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I love the PrivatePractice❤️ Nasira is professional, knowledgeable and so very much a lovely therapist and all round wonderful person. My first appointment and consultation was professionally conducted, providing me a wealth of information on the services provided. She has made a bespoke treatment, tailored to my needs and I am seeing results after 3 sessions!! So glad that I found them. Book up as they are BUSY! Fantastic experience at the private practice! I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. I moved to the area recently and was worried about finding a new clinic for my aesthetic needs however I have found the perfect place and couldn’t be more happy with the results.
