If you want any kind of fitness help, this is your place. I’ve done lots of training with Nina over the years but having had a recent operation I flung all my physio and consultant advice at her and she designed a session to incorporate everything and help me get the most/best out of exercises. Not many people could do what she did. If you’re hesitant-stop and just purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.

You only have to read the reviews to get an inkling of how great a coach Nina is. But she’s also a really lovely person. Love my reformer sessions

Nina is 120% invested in me as a person, not just as a client and always works to achieve mental and physical strength, flexibility, balance and progression. The difference in me mentally and physically from when I first started with Nina to now is incredible and has literally changed my life.

I believe feeling safe is essential in any form of fitness — no one wants to risk injury. With something as technical as the reformer, that sense of safety becomes even more important. During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. Her guidance not only kept me safe but also helped us identify clear areas for further progress. For that, I’m truly grateful — and it’s exactly why I’ll always advocate for one-to-one coaching. Thank you, Nina.
