This place is beautifully decorated. There is so much attention to detail in how you are treated and made comfortable. Tiffany was excellent! I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. My scalp feels amazing and so clean. My hair smells great and feels so soft. It was such a wonderful experience and a great way to treat myself.

This was my first experience with the Kaie Head Spa and Crystal. The facility is clean and I wholeheartedly recommend Crystal to anyone who wishes to be treated with professional caring treatment. Crystal has a gentle caring personality and it doesn't take long to realize she knows exactly what she is doing. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I had such an amazing experience with the head spa treatment. From the moment it started, I could feel all the stress and tension melting away. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the scalp treatment felt so refreshing and soothing. My scalp feels deeply cleaned, lighter, and healthier, and I even noticed how refreshed my whole body and mind felt afterward. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and peaceful, which made the treatment even more enjoyable.
