I can’t recommend leon enough! I hadn’t had my hair done in a while and being 6 months postpartum, I really wasn’t feeling like myself. From the moment I sat in the chair, he made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. My hair looks and feels so beautiful again, and I finally feel like me. It’s more than just a haircut/colour, it’s such a confidence boost, and I’m so grateful. Thank you for making me feel amazing again!

Absolutely amazing experience. Jodie listened to my past hair journey and gave so many ideas for my hair - and despite me being very indecisive about what cut and colour we managed to decide and book my next appointment in! She also cut my 4 year olds fringe and was very patient while he wriggled about. I love that the salon is very peaceful and quiet too it gives such a personal experience. Can't wait to come back in September! My haircut is also gorgeous 😍

The best hairdresser I know! I trust Francesca with my hair. She gives you her honest opinion and is very professional. I highly recommend her to everyone. She works in a lovely place in West End too!

Emily is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to what you want and always focuses on making your hair look and feel the best. The salon is beautiful and calm, a real space to relax. It's not only a haircut but a true wellness experience :)

I was impressed by the skill if the graduate stylist that did my hair. I am very happy with my hair, she did it exactly how I wanted, she was very courteous and sensed I wasn't much of a talker and didn't press my for conversation. I would visit again. I am disappointed that the tips don't go directly to the stylists

It is always a pleasure to visit Emily at craft. It’s the first time I have had a hairdresser that REALLY takes the time to understand what I want to achieve and cares about the condition of my hair. The extras of the eye mask during hair wash, biscuits, drinks, back massager and an I pad to read every magazine on make the appointment very relaxing.
