Despite an admin error on my part (I selected the wrong stylist), the girls were incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in. I'd previously been elsewhere and ended up with a hair nightmare! Tianee corrected it as best she could without giving me a short back & sides, and gave me honesty with how it needs approaching and the length of time needed before we can really sort it. Note to self: don't cheat on your hairdresser, this is what happens when you stray!! Thank you you to all the girls, as always you're wonderful humans x

Lovely hairdresser who gives helpful advice and is really caring and professional. The salon is well located, clean and well catered for young children and families. We will be regular customers! My daughter's first haircut was a success and she's looking happy and proud. Thanks!

I took my one year old son for a haircut here and had a great experience. The stylist was patient and understanding with how fidgety my son was and made him feel calm and safe. And the haircut turned out great

I recently had an excellent experience at Choppers Family Hair Salon with Louise for both myself and my daughter, Lily-May. Louise was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to our needs. She made both of us feel comfortable and did an amazing job with our haircuts. The salon itself had a welcoming atmosphere and I also want to give a special mention to the young girl working the reception & keeping the salon spotless. She wasn't only diligent in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon but also ensured that all the hairdressers had everything they needed. Highly Recommend!

Great experience at Choppers today - my daughter was keen to have a much shorter hairstyle and the stylist (apologies we didn’t catch her name) listened to what she wanted and asked her questions about the cut and the style to see what she length of cut she was happiest with - she was very friendly and professional and my daughter was so pleased with her new haircut ! We will be back in the future :) thankyou

Jake, as always is a star. Great stylist, inspiring and fantastic at his job. Always choose Jake as when you feel great after your haircut and have the confidence, why would I go anywhere else? West One have been my choice all my adult life and that will continue, amazing staff 😊

This was the first time Grace did my hair, and I must say, I was delighted with the results. She took great care to explain the technical aspects and did not leave me walking out of the salon with hair dye stains around my hair line. Just a lovely, polite young lady who I have watched grow from when she was an apprentice to a fully fledged hairdresser.

Really efficient friendly service. My 5 year old son has autism which did not phase the stylist at all. We worked together to keep him calm and I am really pleased with his haircut.

Excellent - very happy with my haircut by highly skilled stylist Tianee. Was made to feel welcome including the offer of a beverage. Looking forward to my next visit. A 50% deposit is required when making the appointment, a good idea to reduce the risk of no-shows, which can cost businesses dearly.
