Danielle has completely changed our little man’s view of getting his haircut, after the disaster we had with our very first experience at a supposed child specialist based in Letchworth. Danielle is not only a great hairdresser, but a genuinely beautiful person who made us feel like we were just seeing friends! Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

After our very first hair cutting experience 18months ago with a supposed specialist from Letchworth, left both my son and I traumatised. My wife spent the last 2 years working our son’s confidence back up again, giving him home haircuts as much as we could. We finally got up the confidence to try going for another haircut attempt. As you can imagine, we were very apprehensive but we needn’t have been. Danielle was absolutely phenomenal. She was calm, playful, made everything a game and was able to give us the experience we should have had to start with! Thank you Danielle, we’re indebted!

Phenomenal! My son didn't ask once 'are we nearly done?' He hates getting his haircut. Danielle couldn't have done more to make him feel safe and relaxed. He just sat and watched Spongebob while she did his hair. She is now our only choice for haircuts.

Sam is an amazing person with loads of professional advice and ideas, she has transported my hair from a strangely multi coloured (home dyed) mop into a beautiful highlighted, styled head of hair and I feel like a whole new person. Thank you Sam for an amazing job, one happy lady here!

Always a good experience having my haircut by Sam.

From start to finish Danielle was amazing. My son felt so comfortable. He's not had a good haircut in about a year. He has just little trims near his eyes to stop the hair getting in his face. But he was that comfortable he left Danielle fade his hair and everything. Honestly I wanted to cry. Got home he went and showed all of his friends his hair. And he absolutely loves it. All night I was like my handsome boy!!! He loved the toys and the attention he got from Danielle. Making the whole experience not stressful for either of us. Thank you
