She always knows exactly what I want, even when I struggle to explain it and somehow it turns out even better than I imagined every time. She's incredibly talented but what keeps me coming back is how comfortable she makes you feel. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend we're always having a chat and laughing and I genuinely look forward to it. I always leave feeling so much more confident.
