I was greeted on arrival. Staff that I had contact with were very pleasant. Shannon ran through what I wanted done before I had my hair washed. She then cut my hair exactly as I asked and the timing of the whole appointment was spot on. I'm a bit nervous of going to a hairdresser but I was definitely put at ease and had a pleasant experience. I shall return.

Holly is a great hair stylist and colourist. She takes time and care to make sure everything is lovely, and is always so engaging.

Hands down the best hair experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt completely listened to and taken care of. My stylist was professional, warm, and incredibly talented every detail was perfect. The dreads exceeded my expectations, and I walked out feeling more confident than ever. The customer service is exceptional. Being my first time here, I wasn't sure of what to expect but I was so delighted with my braids whenitwas done! The stylist is very friendly at the same time professional. My sister and I were given a warm welcome and made comfortable. I didn't feel any tightness on my scalp . Honestly, I will recommend her to my family, friends and colleagues.
