Abbie is an absolute joy and I always look forward to my hair appointments. She always listens and remembers previous discussions. No more worries of having a hair cut I didn't want. I can finally relax and enjoy my appointment. One big problem I do have are the chairs/wash basins. These are a complete disaster for me. The basins are not adjustable so I can't sit my neck into the basin comfortably. I end up straining my back and neck and have bruises around my neck where it sticks into me. I can never have the massage which I miss because I am in considerable discomfort and the hair dye remain
