Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Lovely haircut as usual, took my friend along who is very shy when it comes to haircuts and we both walked away pleased with how they turned out. My first haircut with Chris, he’s very meticulous and thorough and takes the time to talk through exactly what you want. Everyone at the salon is always absolutely lovely, as well as being very good at what they do. Can’t recommend enough!

Had an amazing experience, first time visiting, for a bit of a random request, but everyone was super lovely and helpful getting me the right appointment, and Erin, the stylist/hairdresser I had, was really nice, gentle and kind! Definitely going to return! X

This was my first time getting my hair colored, and I was quite unsure about what to choose. Saira guided me to the perfect color and gave me the confidence to go for it. She was incredibly patient and so kind, taking her time to ensure that my haircut and color turned out beautifully. Her attention to detail is amazing! Absolutely amazing. I was a bit anxious about having my haircut after years of growing my hair, but my stylist was absolutely lovely and kept checking with me every chance there was. 100% would come back :) and would 10000% recommend !!

Violet is the best hairdresser in Coventry. She’s considerate and professional , no matter what haircut I request, she always makes my hair looks fashion and fits with my face shape. She’s always full of patient to check with me if the length, thickness good enough. I always feel great after visiting Violet. To find a good hairdresser to have a good short haircut is not that easy, Violet is superb.

I had an incredible experience at this hair salon! The staff were friendly and attentive, and my hair stylist, saira truly listened to my preferences. She was so attentive to my hair needs and has such a fun vibrant personality.saira really made me feel confident and excited as she kept sharing her excitement over my hair change. Saira really took her time to make sure I was completely happy .

Jake did amazingly meticulous job with my highlights, helped to choose the colour of my dreams and provided a killer bob haircut. Long time since I have been this satisfied with a hairdresser experience and result. Will come back for sure.
