I've known Sydney since she was an apprentice hairdresser and 16yrs later, her talent, customer service and attention to details is 1st class! My hair is very coarse, thick and difficult to cut, however Sydney nails it every time. She listens to what you want but also helps you understand what is actually possible for your hair, and teaches you how to maintain the health of your hair and explains styling options. I've been seeing Phoebe for years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Every appointment is such a great experience from the moment I arrive. Phoebe is so welcoming, professional, and always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. My hair always looks and feels amazing, and I constantly get compliments after every visit. She consistently delivers incredible results while making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. She was my hairdresser for years when I lived on the Sunshine Coast, and even now that I’m based in Brisbane, I happily make the drive to see her, just as many of her loyal clients do. I had my first appointment with Athena and it was such a great experience. She really listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and did an amazing job with my hair. Syd was absolutely lovely from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so welcome and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She talked me through all the pros and cons, which made me feel confident that we were making the right decisions together. The whole appointment was so relaxing, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. My daughter had her first ever highlights done here and she absolutely loves them! The colour looks beautiful, natural, and really suits her. Her haircut is also fantastic—stylish, fresh, and exactly what she wanted. The team made her feel comfortable and excited throughout the whole experience, which was especially important as it was her first time getting highlights. Destiny is a outstanding hairdressor! She delivered the haircut of my dreams, genuinely cares about her workmanship and understands long hair! Softly layering long hair is not always achieved even by senior hairdressors in the field. Destiny knew exactly what I was wanting from my photos, and how to achieve my desired style.
