I've known Sydney since she was an apprentice hairdresser and 16yrs later, her talent, customer service and attention to details is 1st class! My hair is very coarse, thick and difficult to cut, however Sydney nails it every time. She listens to what you want but also helps you understand what is actually possible for your hair, and teaches you how to maintain the health of your hair and explains styling options. I needed a new hairdresser after a bad haircut elsewhere. I waited months to grow out & I was a little nervous about my next haircut or if my hair could be fixed to make me feel confident again. From the moment Sarah greeted my daughter & I, we were made to feel welcome & appreciated, in a calm, relaxing, clean salon space. Sarah took the time to explain things & listened to us. I've been seeing Phoebe for years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Every appointment is such a great experience from the moment I arrive. Phoebe is so welcoming, professional, and always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. My hair always looks and feels amazing, and I constantly get compliments after every visit. She was my hairdresser for years when I lived on the Sunshine Coast, and even now that I’m based in Brisbane, I happily make the drive to see her, just as many of her loyal clients do. Syd was absolutely lovely from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so welcome and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She talked me through all the pros and cons, which made me feel confident that we were making the right decisions together. The whole appointment was so relaxing, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Destiny is a outstanding hairdressor! She delivered the haircut of my dreams, genuinely cares about her workmanship and understands long hair! Softly layering long hair is not always achieved even by senior hairdressors in the field. Destiny knew exactly what I was wanting from my photos, and how to achieve my desired style.
