I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

I took my daughters and a friend for a pampering sessions, they had manicures and I had the facial and deluxe pedicure. Excellent service by the manager and the nail technicians made my daughters feel special. They were very happy with their nails, and my facial was amazing. Had an excellent experience at Pain Management Clinic for hijama treatment. The clinic was very clean, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The practitioner explained the whole process clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably lighter afterwards. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take hygiene and care very seriously. After a rough birth I suffered severe leg and feet swelling and 6 weeks on I found Leyabelle and gave the lymphatic drainage massage a go. Radika was amazing, my feet and legs already feel so much better and hope that with one more session I will feel 100% again! Thank you!!!
