I had the most wonderful first time experience at Tranquility. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and the treatment she gave me was bliss! Also, I must say, it's an absolutely beautiful salon. I couldn't have felt more relaxed and pampered. My skin was honestly glowing afterwards, the very opposite as to how it looked before I walked through the door! Exactly what I had needed. I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. The same goes about waxing I’ve always felt comfortable. Im very pleased with her work I would definitely recommend 100%

I was a bit nervous about having a lash lift and brow lamination as I really wanted it to look natural but oh my goodness did Lucy deliver. I LOVE them!! It was such a peaceful, relaxing experience and I’m so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend more x

Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. She also went over the amount of time I paid for as she could just feel I needed a little more time - true professional who clearly puts the customer first. Thank you so much!!!

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

My pregnancy massage was absolutely amazing, Vick is the best. She’s done majority of my treatments and each time I come out feeling great. I always forget to write reviews but after today it had to be done… she was amazing! I’l definitely be booking another massage with her before baby comes.
