I had an amazing massage experience from start to finish. The masseuse Valentina was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. She took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on and applied just the right amount of pressure. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve so much tension. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. She also gave me some fantastic advice on how to relieve and prevent tension in my body, which I really appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience and am so happy with my pedicure. The treatment was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, and my nails look fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and was even offered a drink, which was a lovely touch. The best BIAB nails in Birmingham in my opinion. Had mine on for almost 4 weeks before infill appointment and they haven’t lifted at all. Meticulously done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had a postpartum massage followed by reflexology (my first time), and it was such a lovely experience. What attracted me to GlowMama was the focus on women’s health, supporting pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.
