The best massaues in Birmingham. After having tried several other places I have found someone who has actually helped relieve pain in my lower back and hip flexors. Have to try the deep tissue massage no pain no relief.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕

The best BIAB nails in Birmingham in my opinion. Had mine on for almost 4 weeks before infill appointment and they haven’t lifted at all. Meticulously done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

This massage was exactly what I needed. Farah, as always, worked wonders on my chronic pain issues and even helped relieve a stubborn headache I had. I had cupping and a full-body deep tissue massage, and the combination left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I visited for a facial and back treatment. The service was absolutely amazing and Salma was wonderful. It was a very calming and relaxing experience and she took the time to have a conversation with me prior to the treatment about what I’m looking to get out of treatment. She really took her time, and a lot of care when doing the facial and massage. She also gave a scalp massage which was lovely. I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience and am so happy with my pedicure. The treatment was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, and my nails look fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and was even offered a drink, which was a lovely touch. A great first experience at this lovely spa. The massage was relaxing but also very effective as I had a few issues. Valentina did a great job - understood exactly how much pressure to apply and I left feeling much better. Looking forward to coming back soon!
