I had my sports massage taster session with Alan this morning. My shoulders and lower back were my main concerns for today, Alan went through what could be causing these issues. We carried out different movements so he could physically see how my areas were reacting before massaging. This was my first sports massage session ever, and what a difference just from having a little done in that time! I would recommend Alan to anyone thinking about having this kind of massage! Thanks again! 😊

I had the Brazilian lymphatic massage and all I can say is it was unreal , Lynn talked me through everything and results were visible straight away afterwards . I felt so relaxed and also lighter and any bloating was gone 🥰. So professional and can’t wait for my next one , highly recommend Lynn 💖 xxx

Brow shape and tint - originally I booked in for lamination too but at my patch test appointment, Eliza noted a few things from my form. As I am breastfeeding, Eliza looked into the current advice for beauty professionals regarding lamination, and I did my own research. I decided not to go ahead with the lamination, but Eliza was happy to change my appointment to just a shape and tint, ensuring I was happy and my treatment was safe for me and my baby. Eliza is lovely and made sure I liked my brows at each step of the appointment. Her treatment space is clean, welcoming and relaxing.

I cannot recommend Rhianna highly enough. She is very professional and knowledgeable in everything that she does. I have always felt relaxed and at ease with her outgoing personality. I have now been going to see her for over 8 months. I have a tendency to push my body to and past its limits sometimes as I train for powerlifting. She is always able to fix anything I have managed to do to my body and explain anything I can do to prevent it in the future and also helps with future injury prevention for me too and is happy to give advise on any exercises or stretches to help with this.

I had such a lovely experience with the back massage. It was incredibly relaxing from start to finish, and I could really feel the tension melt away. The space itself was calm, clean, and beautifully set up, which made it even easier to unwind. The atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming, and everything was done with great care. I’ve just finished my first sports massage and I can’t believe how light and flexible my neck and shoulders feel after just one session. I’ve suffered from neck issues for years, and I can definitely feel that Alan has worked his magic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. Sam is an excellent therapist. I have followed Sam from when she first started her training program and still return regularly as she makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is an amazing therapist through all her services. The property is welcoming, clean and Sam adds her special touches to compliment the room and herself.

This is the second time going to Rhianna, due to working with horses and delivering Hay and Haylage bales my body especially my back takes a lot of abuse. After my massage my back is a lot better and definitely less painful. Booked in for my next visit. I find Rhianna very informative and also lets you know what parts require attention. Thanks again x
