I’ve had sports massages across the last 4 1/2 years as train & compete as a natural strongwoman and stonelifter. This means I’ve experienced many different approaches from therapists. After being let down by my last sports therapist there was no doubt where I’d go. Rhianna carried out a visual assessment alongside listening to issues I have been having. She was thorough and attended to them all over the course of the next 90 minutes. Her confident approach really helped me relax. She gave me exercises to go away with to introduce to my training and I have already booked back in⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rhianna was fantastic. I was having real issues with my neck which casing a lot of intense pain pulsating into my head. I knew it would be due to tight muscles in my shoulders/upper back. Rhianna not only helped to loosen these muscles, she took time to explain what she was doing and how I could minimise further issues. I now feel so much better. I will definitely go back

What can I say… I have been struggling for weeks with pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders and after just two sessions I have relief! Rhianna is fantastic, professional and knowledgeable- she explained what she was doing and why with a well informed description of the human anatomy. I can’t recommend her highly enough to be honest.

My massage was incredible, it was exactly what I needed. Super welcoming and can tell allot of care goes into the treatment. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely refreshed and tension free. Would 100% recommend.
