I love Sam’s massages. She is amazing at getting my muscles to relax and relieving my aches and pains. I especially love the face and scalp massage. The hot stones are so nice on cold days.

An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

Just incredible ✨ As a busy person and with my wedding coming up soon, I needed to find someone to guide me on my skin journey. Lucy absolutely understood the assignment and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Her treatment room is in the most idyllic location, and she has such a calming presence that instantly makes you relax. During the treatment, I felt the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. And my skin… well… the glow was unreal! My other half even commented on how soft my face felt—and that’s saying something 😂

Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

Dee was super friendly and made me feel relaxed straight away. Her studio is a great calming relaxing space. This was my first lymphatic body massage. I was excited and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had our consultation and then I relaxed while Dee worked her magic. I don't have anything to compare it with but I felt confident knowing that I was in good hands. Dee has such a varied experience that she was able to explain everything I needed to know before the massage and post. I had a nice cold bottle of water after &lots of helpful after advice. I look forward to feeling all the benefits from it.

I had The Wonderlift Facial Massage with LED light therapy with Lucy at The Glow Room, and it was unlike any facial I’ve ever had. This was so much more than a transactional treatment—Lucy creates a truly thoughtful, full-sensory experience. Her space smells and looks amazing, instantly making you feel relaxed. I had a very relaxing morning with Dee when I visited her for The Ultimate Relaxation Ritual 90 Mins of Pure Bliss for the Body and Mind massage! It was incredible. From the very start, I felt really welcome and Dee went through each stage of the massage in detail. The whole process was really relaxing and I came away feeling super calm, relaxed and happy! Just what I needed after a long week with a teething 8 month old. I also really wanted to have a scalp massage which Dee kindly included for me! Thank you again! :) x

I was lucky to win a voucher for a 60-minute massage with Sarah. She was friendly and welcoming, and the treatment was super relaxing, she worked on certain pressure points which really helped - so much so, I will be looking to book another session in the future. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and provided a great conversation too! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved every moment of my Wonderlift facial and upgraded massage. From the moment I arrived, Lucy created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere—it was easy to completely switch off and just be present. The treatment not only exceeded my expectations, but left my skin glowing and incredibly soft. I felt completely at peace and so relaxed, both inside and out. Susan is so friendly and welcoming, she made me feel at ease. Before my massage she did a small consultation so she could focus on areas which I felt needed attention, the massage was lovely releasing my knots and also a relaxing experience.
