Wow, incredible experience having a lymphatic massage with Dee. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the minute she welcomed me. Dee was ready and waiting for me before the appointment. She made the whole experience very comfortable. She was great at making sure everything was perfect for me to enjoy the experience- checking the temperature of the room and how comfortable I was. It was all brilliant. The massage itself was so relaxing and enjoyable, I was drifting in and out of sleep. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable treatment.

10/10 experience! I had my first microneedling appointment this week and I can honestly say it felt like an electric toothbrush gently moving over my skin. I was unsure what to expect, but Lucy talked me through the process as it was happening, which I really appreciated. She always makes me feel at ease and relaxed when I visit. I have been coming to Lucy for over a year now and would trust no one else when it comes to my skincare.

Denise was so good. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. Her massage techniques to help relax as well as loosen tight muscles is commendable. She was professional and empathetic in understanding how much pressure I could take as a new client and adjusted accordingly! I just didn’t want the massage to end and I can’t wait to go back. I had a lash lift with Ras and I'm so pleased with the results! She was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable throughout. She took the time to explain each step of the process, asked how curled I wanted my lashes and how dark I'd like the tint, so it felt really personalised. My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them, and I'd definitely recommend her!
