Unparalleled, would highly recommend. Not only am I getting excellent treatment, Allyson is also teaching me how to improve my posture and providing stretches so that I'm improving long term and between treatments. No RMT has been this helpful and granular with me before! A hidden gem in Edmonton.

There’s no better massage therapist than Allyson. She listens, gives deep tissue massages where needed and advises on different exercises that will help to strengthen the muscles.

The best hour of my month! Connie always does exactly as I ask. She is pleasant but leaves you to relax during your massage. She sends you off with bottled water and a post massage snack! Highly recommend!
