She explained the Shape Shift intro fat reduction and body contouring process clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. I appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Easy to find and tons of parking. Spa is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. Helena is a master at her trade and the facial I had was thorough, meticulously performed and very relaxing. I have previously had massages, which were also exceptional. I have been many times before and will continue to go. Well worth the treat to yourself, regardless of the service.

This was the most relaxing and incredible massage / spa experience I have ever had. With most massages, it is hard for me to enjoy because the massage is NEVER long enough...and I find myself anxious awaiting the end that is always coming too soon. With this massage, I had absolutely none of that stress! With the spa experience in my own home combining the Hot Stones, cups, Facial, Aroma Therapy and meditation, this was the best money I have ever spent on myself. I will forever be a client because of the care and attention to my body that Ambar took. Thank you for being such a kind soul!

Paula gave the most relaxing and effective lymphatic massage. She came in and quickly transformed my dining area into a home spa where this new mom could nap and relax in the comfort of home.

We had a really enjoyable experience! The staff are attentive and skilled. My partner, who likes stronger massages, was thrilled, and I loved the gentle, relaxing treatment – both our preferences were fully respected. Phoebe was especially caring, warm, and offered helpful advice. Spending Sunday morning with the team was such a pleasure. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax.

I had a wonderful experience with Brook! The facial was incredibly relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling hydrated and glowing. The best part is they focus on the treatment and aren't trying to sell you a bunch of products afterward. It’s hard to find a place this professional and low pressure.

100/10 - I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Ambar. I always get the 3hr massage and it’s so out of this world. She puts time and focus into each part of the body to make it feel well rounded and like the body got what it needs. Her flow from light pressure to deep tissue is very seamless and it genuinely makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I feel so relaxed and my body feels less tense because she doesn’t rush through it even though it’s a fairly long appointment. I’m so grateful for her and her hands. I highly recommend Ambar for everything massage related.

I went in with an open mind not really knowing a lot about somatic healing or what to really expect. I get massages often and she was very good AND the facial was probably one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. The emotional release was palpable and it was a safe place to release what isn’t yours to carry. 10/10 I highly recommend and would do again. Thank you for being my introduction to this journey of somatic healing.

Exceeded expectations. You never know what to expect the first time at a new place, so we only booked one hour. For sure I’ll be booking for 90 minutes next time. Don has an excellent knowledge of the human body, trained both in Canada and in China. He was incredibly thorough, found and dealt with all my muscle knots with strength, but in a way that caused me no pain. If I lived in Calgary, I’d go regularly. As it is, on our frequent trips here, we will be treating ourselves to a massage every time we visit.

Helena was very informative with all the products and was able to describe the sensation and result of Products she used. The spa was very comfortable and clean. The massage bed was very comfortable and Helena checked in offer for my level of comfort. Definitely starred in my phone as my go to spa when I come to Calgary.

Ambar is a miracle worker, I have done countless massages and was worried how anyone could compare…… Thennn I met Ambar, wow. Life changing. Ambar genuinely cares about the well being of whoever is on the table, she takes her time to smooth out every inch of tension or pain but also manages to make it so relaxing. I always leave feeling so limber and light, I recommend everyone to see Ambar!

After five days of hiking around Banff, I need a massage for the growing aches and pains. I made an appointment with Yurii based on all the wonderful Yelp reviews and he did not disappoint. Yuri is extremely professional and strong. He knows the human body well and can feel the origins of all your problems spots and works on them. His massage is a healing massage to help your body recover. I wished I lived in Calgary to visit Yuri more often! Thank you, Yuri!
