Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. This was my first aromatic body, face and head massage with Debbie. ( A mothers’s day treat that I kept to use now) Organised to have it after my international flight home from US. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. Sorcha has created a beautiful space that instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The massage was very relaxing. Sorcha used different styles and techniques which felt great. After the massage there is tea and water ready waiting. Definitely will book again. I also recommend checking the little shop shelf with beautiful locally made organic products.
