I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. She also took the time to offer thoughtful, tailored advice based on my lifestyle to help prevent the issue from recurring. Highly recommend this treatment—especially for anyone dealing with sports injuries or tensions.

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

From first contact when booking the appointment to the actual appointment I received first class service. This was purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my mum from Glasgow that was visiting a friend in Leeds. I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.
