I absolutely loved my experience at Renew Studio! The space is beautiful, calming, and feels like the perfect little escape from a busy day. The infrared red light pod was so relaxing, and I walked out feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely reset. Courtney was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything, making the whole experience feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritise their wellness or recovery.

It's great, especially with the multiple wave lengths (other IR Sauna's don't do that). My wife really loves it from start to finish. I have one challenge - The Saturday staff has no clue of how to pair my phone to the Sauna Bluetooth stereo system, she says most people use it for the radio. Unfortunately, I dislike any advertisements, that's why there's music subscriptions. While I don't mind the in-house music, and being my first time. It is a learning curve, but I prefer that I set my own lighting and music. So, if I resort to using Chatgpt and then show the staff how it's done...I win.

Fantastic experience, lovely team, facilities are amazing. The infrared spa is beautiful quality and a good size. Showers and products premium quality too. And the tonic at the end a lovely surprise.

Wow what an amazing experience at Well + Being. From the time you walk in, the space is so inviting and beautiful and puts you at ease straight away. Loved the Infra Red Sauna and then the massage with Theresa was incredible. She is the best!! Was so relaxing and tranquil that I fell asleep and even let out a wee snore (sorry lol) will definitely be back again and highly recommend this stunning space 😍
