Tanya was lovely. I was offered a virtual option for consultation which I found helpful and convenient as I don't live in London. Tanya gave me options and tried to clarify as much as possible my needs and wants for makeup. She also sent me reference photos which I appreciated as I had none/don't wear makeup. She was accommodating to my appointment needs.

My consultation appointment was amazing! She is so kind, educated, and made me feel completely comfortable. We dissolved some previous lip filler done at a different clinic and added a bit of forehead Botox, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. She’s incredibly gentle and truly amazing with needles. Can’t thank the loft spa enough for helping me with my better health journey❤️ one area I had a hard time targeting was the belly the sculpting was able to help in the one spot I couldn’t change without extra help toning my skin and tightening muscles, I was sceptical if it was working but at my six week measurement after I did six sessions combined with the other changes I made I was down 9 inches in that area I was blown away !!! That gave me the boost I needed to keep on and the confidence that the spa is there to support me every step of the way !!

Saren is wonderful and sweet! She understands my chronic pain issues with weak core muscles due multiple MVA's and childbirth. She recommended various treatments to help strengthen and develop my muscles so that I can become stronger and not overcompensate for my injuries. I am relaxed and feel great after each treatment.
