Having received her services of 2 massages and 5 tarot sessions to date (online and in person), I can truely say Ira is a true soul and spiritual healer. The massages left me deeply relaxed in body and mind. The tarot sessions eased long held anxiety, processed trauma, and restored hope. What struck me most was how profoundly each session shifted how I see myself, gifting me selfworth I hadn't felt in a long time. I did 2 remote sessions with Ira through zoom - was great, she hit some interesting and relevant points in my life and I feel lighter… I had some reservations about doing online energy work - but it was suprisngly powerful

The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I went into the session with an open mind and finished it, astounded by where the journey had taken me into my memories, past and relationship with my inner child. Ira brought me to the thoughts and feelings that were hard to confront or understand. She has an incredible warmth, understanding, intuition and patience. She made me feel very safe throughout the session. I hope, for me, this is the beginning of a new chapter and healing journey.

I came to Ayurveda with an eczema flare-up, low energy, and a general sense of being out of whack. The doctor was sharp, kind and attentive. She asked real questions and built a plan around what I actually needed. My therapist was smart and very caring. She seemed to know what I needed before I said a word. She'd shift a treatment or ease up somewhere without me asking, like she was reading my body directly. By the end of my 7 day Panchakarma I was calmer, lighter, less inflamed and more connected to my body than expected. Highly recommend.

I’ve had two sessions with Ira and both experiences were incredibly powerful. Her approach is very unique and felt deeply aligned with me. After years of struggling with insomnia and trying many different things, I experienced a significant improvement in my sleep after just the first session. That alone meant so much to me. Ira’s energy is both very grounding and powerful at the same time. She is incredibly present and focused, which helped me open up quickly.
