After completing a 7 day Panchakarma treatment with Dr Deepika, I so highly recommend the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre. From my initial consultation, I felt so comfortable and welcome. Dr Deepika was so wonderful throughout the whole process, she was so knowledgable, attentive and I feel positively changed from the process. The massages and treatments with Ieva were so blissful and amazing, she is so fun and skilled. I am so ready to continue this journey with the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre!

My whole body massage treatment was a delightfully nourishing experience from start to finish. My therapist had a lovely intentional touch and used the warm oils skillfully. I soon found myself feeling perfectly balanced and my nervous system at peace. The follow up herbal tea in the meditation room was very soothing and the time there allowed me to rest deeply. I can heartily recommend their well organised and professional service.

Dr Deepika’s warm welcome and professionalism set the tone for the experience. My therapist, Amy, was amazing and she immediately made me feel comfortable. I had the Deep Relaxation package and it was just what I needed after running a half marathon.
