I just had a 90-minute massage at The Healing Sunflower, and the relief I experienced was incredible. I have a previous work-related herniated disc injury, so I’m always cautious about where I go and who I trust with my care. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease—the space is welcoming, and the therapist’s professionalism immediately gave me confidence.During the massage, every movement was intentional and skillful. The therapist knew exactly how to work around my injury with the perfect balance of pressure and care, never once causing discomfort.

If I could give this massage 10 stars, I would. So many times I've gone for a massage and gotten a wrote, routine one that mostly ignores my problem areas and leaves me more bruised than relaxed (or more surface-level relaxed without actually fixing anything.) This time was different - enough pressure to address knots without bruising or chafing, nice calm atmosphere that didn't feel too manufactured, full body work without it feeling perfunctory. I've already scheduled my next appointment, will definitely be referring friends!

Best massage/Healing specialist I’ve ever had. My doctor wanted to do surgery for my carpal tunnel and Mayra literally took the pain out of my hands and arms and not a chance I’ll do surgery thanks to Mayra! Natural logistics is what her specialty is and she’s incredible!
