Always an amazing experience at the Floatation Sanctuary. You are guaranteed to relax from the moment you step through the door. The staff really care about the place and their customers and the service is top notch. I love getting the trio of compression therapy, infrared sauna and the float - the best way to recover after a hard training week.

Treated with the upmost care and kindness, five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ facilities. Hygiene, cleanliness and presentation is beautiful making your experience superb, great experience. However I felt you need to do this several times to understand how it works for that optimum experience, Thanks to the staff for the Amazing experience! 👍

I visited the Flotation Sanctuary sauna in New Plymouth and had an incredible experience. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully set up for relaxation. The heat therapy left me feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely at ease. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a mental and physical reset

The introduction and briefing were clear and very helpful in knowing what to expect and the steps of the process. The floating session was everything I imagined and looked for. A wholesome nourishing experience in every aspect; physical, mental and energetic. The deprivation of stimuli is a wonderful gift and a much needed space, where true rest can occur. I love the hot / cold therapy at Recovery Centre. I’m not an athlete, I’m just some guy, but I always feel a million bucks after coming out of that cold water! Heaps of fun to do with a group of friends 👍
