I had some discomfort in my neck and shoulder, and Young Woo was amazing. He quickly understood the issues I was experiencing in my neck, shoulders, and lower back, and and helped relieve the tension effectively. He was not only professional but also very friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage in Toronto.

I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

Thanks to Shangri-la spa, I was able to schedule and pay for the massage with ease! Sure, the massage therapist hit a few snags, but hey, no plan is perfect. Okay, Shangri-la spa just rocked my world! I swear they have some sort of secrecy massage skills that erases all your worries in seconds. Plus, they lather you up with oils and give you a full-body massage that's so freaking good it'll make you forget your own name. Honestly, my body feels like a shiny new toy after visiting these miracle masseuses. They have a Zen-like vibe that'll calm even the craziest of minds and their skills are so on point that they turned my knots into putty. I'm never going anywhere else again, folks.
