Just had what I think is my fifth session with Alex and honestly, every time just confirms how powerful this work is. I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve already sent a few friends his way because the experience is genuinely like nothing else. I think reiki is the most underrated modality for healing and growth and I’ll keep recommending his services!!

Moe is exceptionally skilled in reflexology. She has an impressive understanding of trigger points and is highly effective in both massage and reflexology. In my opinion, she should train the rest of the staff on how to perform these techniques effectively. Moe is one of the best therapist in town for sure.

I had an amazing experience with Yuki and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They listened attentively to my concerns She applied the perfect amount of pressure, and I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with far less tension than when I arrived I highly recommend this Centre to anyone in need of a skilled, caring, and professional massage therapist.
