My therapist was welcoming, informative, made me feel comfortable, friendly and easy to talk to. The whole experience was very new to me however I could see the potential benefits during the session and look forward to my next 2 and what results we can achieve.

As a first time user of this therapy I was a bit apprehensive. That feeling ended when I walked in and was greeted by Alicia. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I've already booked my second visit. I highly recommend A1 Colon Hydrotherapy to anyone wishing to try colon hydrotherapy.

I love my colonics with A1. If your a first timer and nervous, Jane will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I love how healthy my mind and body feels after a colonic. (And if they suggest the magnesium oxide DO IT! so so good).
