I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing and why. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and glowing.

Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. The results are truly fantastic! You'll look and feel years younger and be so much more confident in your skin. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Book the facial! Best facial iv ever had! Shes super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and has such a beautiful touch! Pressure was great! All the products smelt soo spa like, I left the treatment glowing. Will be a regular for sure! X

My 2nd facial needling session today. I have had it before by other people but not with this much care and attention and pamper after the actual needling. It didn’t hurt and I actually enjoyed the treatment. We feel even after my last session there is improvement in the texture of my skin. Very happy again.

Charlotte is amazing and I have had various treatments.Ive recently had injectable into my cheek/jaw muscles...not only do I love how its defined the shape of my face but most importantly it has stopped me grinding and gritting my teeth.... This was a problem which damaged and moved my teeth to the point I'm currently in the throws of corrective dental treatment...but I was worried I'd start doing it again... Loving the look and loving the fact my teeth aren't hurting from gritting together and grinding Highly recommended for both reason

Just had my first facial done by Lauren and it was incredible. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and gave me brilliant tips on skin care. After multiple treatments and a brilliant face, scalp, neck and shoulder massage by skin and hair feel amazing. Highly reccomend

Today I had my first experience at Glow and Renew, and it was one to remember! Jen took the time to chat through my current skincare routine and goals before giving me the most relaxing deep cleanse facial in a beautifully calming space. She made me feel comfortable from the start and was so knowledgeable about skin and skincare. We’ve now put together a plan to help me reach my goals, and I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

Today I had my 6th pure peel with Lauren. I have really benefited from this course of treatments. My skin looks and feels amazing. For me it’s been so much more than just the fact that my skin looks glowy. I have enjoyed the wonderful relaxing atmosphere and manner Lauren brings to her practice. I have booked another course already. I can guarantee that any treatment you choose ( there are many ) will be done with skill and care. I look forward to many more myself.

A total blissful hot stone facial. I just love my treatments with Lauren. I went in feeling rushed and worn out and came out relaxed and calm. Highly recommend this treatment but then every treatment she does is the best

Jen is super friendly and so lovely! She gives really good advice on what your skin needs. Second facial I’ve had and it won’t be the last! I always come home relaxed and my face feels so good! Jen was really lovely. She went through my general skincare and any concerns I may have had and tailored my facial to what was best for my skin. A very results driven facial peel ( a blend of three to be precise… green , pure and retinoid). Followed by ice globes to cool my skin ( felt Devine) Expertly carried out in the gorgeous beauty hut by the very lovely practitioner Lauren who also added some wonderful relaxing massage to my head neck and shoulders. The extra caring touches make this whole experience extra special. Thank you. You know I’m coming back
