Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. The results are truly fantastic! You'll look and feel years younger and be so much more confident in your skin. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I was lucky enough to have a Serenity facial at the Beauty Hut today. What a lovely relaxing treatment in calm surroundings with products that feel and smell beautiful. I cant recommend The Beauty Hut Surrey enough Lauren is one of the most caring and talented therapists Ive ever been to. Her facials and massages are honestly magical. She makes the most of every single second of your treatment so you leave feeling completely relaxed refreshed and looked after helping you switch off and unwind. Lauren has such a lovely calming presence and you can tell how much she cares, that’s why I chose to come back every time since day one. Thank you Lauren ❤️❤️

Amazing treatment with Jen. She took time to listen to my skin concerns and then addresses them all after the facial. My skin looks glowing after only 1 treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic facial which not only leaves your skin looking great but also informative about what products you should be using in your daily routines

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte is a talented beautician, whenever I go to her I let her work her magic. 10/10 xox

Charlotte is amazing and I have had various treatments.Ive recently had injectable into my cheek/jaw muscles...not only do I love how its defined the shape of my face but most importantly it has stopped me grinding and gritting my teeth.... This was a problem which damaged and moved my teeth to the point I'm currently in the throws of corrective dental treatment...but I was worried I'd start doing it again... Loving the look and loving the fact my teeth aren't hurting from gritting together and grinding Highly recommended for both reason

Ive just had my monthly facial with Lauren, she always makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I trust her completely with my skin. Would definitely recommend her — she’s so good at what she does and I always leave feeling great!

Jen was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge and guidance around my skin were so helpful, and the facial itself was pure bliss, I was so relaxed I drifted off to sleep. As my first ever facial, it completely exceeded expectations, and I’ve already booked my next appointment. I cannot recommend Jen enough!! 10/10 experience.

I recently had my first-ever lip filler treatment with Charlotte and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had the 1.1ml Signature Lip treatment, and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Charlotte was so kind, friendly, and reassuring, explaining the procedure, aftercare, and every step in detail. She was incredibly gentle throughout the treatment and constantly checked that I was okay. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be returning for a top-up. I couldn't recommend Charlotte more highly!

I’ve been to many aesthetic specialists over the years, and Charlotte is definitely one of the best. My Botox and first session of polynucleotide results look so natural. Really pleased with the much smoother, hydrated skin around my eyes. The whole experience was professional and reassuring. Highly recommend! ✨

I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing and why. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and glowing.
