I had a vampire facial with Rachel and couldn't recommend her more. She was absolutely lovely, very gentle throughout the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and share lots of helpful advice about skincare and different treatments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the whole experience felt incredibly professional and relaxing. Laetitia was fantastic, and the treatment itself was absolutely outstanding. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

From the moment you enter the clinic you are warmly greeted by Catherine who is always friendly and professional Dr Maria is a trained clinician she has a wealth of experience and always suggests suitable treatments for my skin I am always 100% happy with my treatment and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10
