Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the whole experience felt incredibly professional and relaxing. Laetitia was fantastic, and the treatment itself was absolutely outstanding. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Martyna is Fabulous and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had the most amazing treatment “Mafia Limp and Plump “ on my face and the results were instant and my skin feels amazing days after. I will certainly be following up with more. Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Kyla is just fab as always but today's treatment (micro-needling) is not my favourite in this set of facials over the course of a year. My skin feels a bit sensitive, however the benefits are amazing over the course and micro-needling is just one part of the 3 x treatments alternated 4 times . You should enquire about this offer! I do still highly recommend this.Thanks Kyla for always taking care of me

I had the lift and plump facial on Thursday last week and honestly the results were visible after the first treatment!! Martyna was so lovely and explained everything she was doing and what to expect from the treatment. It was so relaxing and my skin felt incredible afterwards. It’s now 4 days on and it’s still feeling tighter (in a good way) and more sculpted). Looking forward to my next couple sessions.

Six sessions done and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve lost flab from around my stomach, my skin feels much tighter, and I feel a lot more confident. I’ve even lost 3kg and not intentionally! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it’s been well worth sticking with the course. The treatments are actually really relaxing, and Martyna takes the time to explain everything and tailor each session. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. Lads, don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Turns out body sculpting isn’t just for the ladies. Highly recommended.
