Briana is the only person on the planet that I trust with my eyebrows - her attention to detail is unparalleled and she listens to what you are looking for, and gives honest feedback as to if it’s appropriate/suitable, instead of just ripping the hair off and sending you on your way. She is also the queen of lash lift & tints, ensuring a perfectly even fan and beautiful, deep tint. I’ve strayed from Backlash a few times due to time constraints, and every time I do I’m not as satisfied with my results as when I come here. It’s worth the 1.5hr round trip for me. Highly, highly recommend!

Briana is the best, she always leaves my brows looking exquisite. She takes time threading them into the perfect shape for my facial structure and getting the right colour tint to compliment my hair colour. She's also a wonderful human and great to hangout with during services 😊 100/10 recommend!

Every single experience I’ve had with intricate reflections has been amazing!! From the complimentary water, snacks, and compliments, everything is awesome!! Alyssa is my girl, she’s amazing, but so are Kady and Grace! Every artist goes above and beyond for their work. Even when I need a fix due to MY negligence, I’m given compensation and discounts!! Crazy!! 10/10 would recommend, brows slay, lashes slay

I have had a lash lift&tint a couple of times that weren't the greatest experiences. Safe to say, third time IS the charm! Shannon was kind, informative and had an amazing glow to her. Absolute no complaints with my results! I will definitely be coming back and recommending her around town!

Rae did my eyebrow threading today. She is always gentle with my brows. She does not rush and makes sure she shapes them just right and makes sure they are clean along the edges. She also has such a warm and welcoming demeanor and so I always look forward to my appointments with her.

Ingrid is a true professional! Very attentive and super warm while having such attention to detail. Feels like catching up with an old friend- but then you get to leave super smooth and with snatched brows. I will keep coming back for brows, lashes, and sugaring- I love the welcoming vibe of this salon. I moved to the area recently from Victoria and this place absolutely tops anywhere I've been there.

Shannon did my lash lift and tint today and I am obsessed! She’s hilarious, passionate about what she does, and so knowledgeable about the products she uses. For the first time ever, my lash lift and tint didn’t sting or make my eyes water. It was actually a super relaxing experience. Her studio inside Beauty and The Blade is absolutely stunning, so clean, welcoming, and such a cool concept. I walked out feeling amazing and can’t wait to come back!

I walked in many years ago with eyebrows that looked like they were raised in the wild with no adult supervision. The ladies here fixed everything. They’re all great, fun, and somehow turned my chaotic brows into perfect ones. I would trust any one of them. I left feeling like my face finally has its life together. Highly recommend. 👌

Arber does a great job on my lashes. I get a lash lift and tint. They are short lashes but he does a great job on them. I still wear mascara when I go out but I don’t have to curl them and you can actually see them.

As always, the lash lift was perfect. It's such a relief not having to curl my lashes in the morning - otherwise I end up having to look at the angled "dents" in my lashes from my regular eyelash curler.
